Philosophy

Jean-Pierre “Jempi” Monseré was the 1970 World Road Racing Champion. He was tragically killed in the spring of 1971 during a kermesse in Retie, Belgium. Often referred to as the James Dean of cycling, Monseré’s actions, on and off the bike, have made him a cult figure in Belgium.

Monseré Designs finds its inspiration in Jempi Monseré and the era in which he raced. Our aim is to combine the love for the sport and stylish fashion. Inspired by the history and influence of bicycle racing, Monseré Designs presents cycling as a lifestyle…
